What is Nickel 201 Tubing ?
Nickel 201 tubing is otherwise referred to as Nickel 201 tube as it is formed from an alloy that has at least 99.6% Nickel and that has great resistivity to corrosion and high temperature. This material is available in the forms like Nickel 201 seamless tube and Alloy 201 welded tube which is applied in several applications of industries like chemical processing, aerospace industries, etc and power industries as well.
Nickel alloy 201 boiler tubes are applied for heavy pressured and high temperature boiler applications like steam drum, super heater, re heater, heat exchanger etc. On the other hand Alloy 201 heat exchanger tubes also performs best in heat transfer applications while withstanding corrosive effects of those abrasive chemicals and seawater.
Precise applications involving tubing that is thin walled and tight tolerance are the common uses of Pure Nickel 201 redrawn tube. Moreover, scalable WNR 2.4068 square tubing is useful for structure and high-strength requirements and used in industries benefiting from custom tube profiles.
