What is stainless steel coiled tubing?
The Coiled Tubing can be described as a long metal tube supplied on a large reel as a spool. They are popular for their excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation properties in various media. The Stainless Steel Tubing Coils are widely used in drilling operations, wells, hydraulic fracturing, etc.
They are useful for applications that involve pumping fluids in elevated temperature conditions and also high salinity. They can be ideally used in unit heaters, condensers, boiler air preheating, etc. Some of the top features responsible behind the popularity of Stainless Steel Coil Tubes is flexibility, high efficiency, and low pressure drop.
What is soft stainless steel tubing?
The Soft SS Tubing comes with a highly polished finish on its surface. They show good strength and resistance to corrosion. The Coiled Tubing has high machinability and can be shaped/bent easily. They are supplied in a wide range of dimensions according to the requirements given by the client.
The 304 stainless steel coil tubing is available in the size range of 0.5mm to 2.5mm. They should not be used for high load bearing application which might require a lot of strength.

What is bright annealed stainless steel coil tube?
Bright annealing Stainless Steel Coiled Tubing refers to a heat treatment process which is performed in a controlled atmosphere (in a vacuum or inert gas environment). Bright annealing helps to reduce the oxidation on their surface to a minimum and that gives a brighter surface. It also creates a thinner oxide layer.
The Bright Annealed coiled tubing has a bright and reflective appearance, but they may also have some imperfections like cloudiness. The stainless steel tubing coils manufacturers recommend this finish as an alternative to the buffed mirror finish.
